First step: Analysis
We will analyse your home from A to Z. This usually takes 2 to 3 hours depending on how large your property is. Then, we will discuss with you what we believe is needed to enhance your home and create that "love at first sight" impression that will seduce buyers and enable you to sell your house quickly, at the best possible price. Considering your budget, we will establish priorities and a reasonable turn-around time to proceed with the recommended changes.
Second step: Preparation
Before the actual staging, small jobs are required such as major house cleaning, painting, repairs and possible removal of excess furniture and decorative items. This is what the preparation is all about.
These jobs can be realized by the homeowners themselves or by subcontractors. Of course, we encourage you to get your friends to help with the work in order to minimise your expenses. However, should you be short of "helpers" and wish to use our subcontractors, we will be happy to oblige and provide the necessary quotes.
Third step: The makeover
Once all the recommended work has been completed, we will return to your home to add the final touch. We depersonalize the house and create an ambiance that will attract and charm visitors. If needed, we will rearrange furniture and decorative items; we will also rent or buy any piece of decoration or furniture we deem necessary. We will discuss important factors to keep in mind during visits and provide you with useful tips for these visits.
